Mike Henke and the team did an excellent job finding us the right vehicle AND how to drive and use all the electronics.

The service was fine. The fact that I am having an issue already with a car I only bought a year and a half ago is INSANE. I never had this type of issue when I bought my Ford. I am not pleased that my Chevy is already having so many issues or that I just had to pay $500 to get something fixed that should not have been broken in the first place and THEN I was told that I could buy a "grill package" to go on the front of my vehicle in an effort to keep water out of my engine. WHAT?! I am not happy, and will be doing a google review if anything else goes wrong. This is ridiculous.

The process was pretty simple and straight forward. The car was clean and ready to go when we got there. The individual that explained the features and functions of the vehicle did a good job. Mike Henke did a great job making sure we were satisfied, and that everything was done correctly. Overall very satisfied.

Went in for service had issues with my truck sting in gear they looked it over charged me for a diagnostic. I left same issue occurred in up at another dealership GMC truck in Appleton comes to find out my transmission went out first gear and partial second gear. Just seemed like I wasted my time.

Patrick FitzSimons was our Sales Person. Patrick followed up in a very timely manner on all of my questions before the purchase and after the purchase. Also the associate (I don’t remember his name) that went over all the features of the vehicle after the purchase did a very thorough job and took time to answer all my questions.

Vehicle was intermittently not going into gear first thing in the morning. This started to occur approximately 1000 miles after trans fluid flush to mobile 1. Will continue to monitor and update dealer if there is a reoccurrence.

We came in to pick up the car and had to wait for it to be detailed. It wouldn't have been bad, but we had an appointment and thought it would be ready. We only got one key and had to wait 12 days to get the second key.

I’m a little upset. My car told me that it needed an oil change on last Tuesday. I called the service department and made an appointment for Friday for the oil change. We were advised by the man that the oil life was at 3%. He told us that GM recommends 5000 miles for an oil change. But my GM app told me at 7300 that it needed to be scheduled. Then when leaving the shop my app emails me that I am to return at 7500 mile to have the tires rotated!! Mind you my miles on the vehicle is at 7300!!!! So why the heck didn’t the man tell us this after informing about the oil change???? Now I will have to come back to get the tires rotated in 200 miles?!?!? I live about 40 minutes away and this is very big inconvenience as it could have all been done at one appointment!! Now I’m sitting here wondering if I should even rely on the GM app!!!!

It was a good visit. I was able to get some work done while they worked on my vehicle. It’s nice to have an area where you can plug in your computer and continue to work. Plus the free car wash is a bonus.

It was very easy to set up the appointment, got in and out as promised, and they did the work as needed.

I went in, asked to drive two vehicles, one was the 2025 Trailblazer, and the 2026 Equinox. I liked the Trailblazer better it was the LT package. I asked what colors they had available, there was a black Trailblazer with a white top, it was out as a loaner vehicle. Patrick requested it to be brought back, when it came back I test drove that one, it had the Activ package. I purchased that one.

Service mgr was very good... He straightened out paperwork mistakes.

The service is like it always is, excellent.. Everyone is so kind and helpful. It is especially nice when they come and tell you how your car is progressing.

Overall the experience was good. We test drove the vehicle on Thursday but sat in the sales office for far too long to get an approximate price. Friday I came in with an offer that was then matched and within 10 minutes had a down-payment final purchase price. Came in Saturday morning with my certified check and pre-approval paperwork all completed. The salesman was extremely pushy when it came to the extended warranty and had to many different times explain why I was not going to purchase those add on items. We were there for 2.5 hours and in my opinion is way too long when we had everything pre-approved. The process needs to be streamlined and much more efficient.

Brain is the greatest guy there

It was below okay. I told them no car wash because I wanted to get in and out and they still gave me it, which is fine because I had to wait a while for my car to come back to me. Basically, my car got done and sat in the waiting area near the garage exit door for 15 ish minutes. I could see it through the window that it was done. It was sitting there but no one was getting me to tell me my car was done. I had to go to the area where we entered and tell them that my car is done and has been sitting there for a long time. The advisor that helped me in the beginning must have went to lunch because a different guy had to help me. He was apologetic but said that he just came back from his lunch break even though he was helping other people before I came in. Communication was very poor here.

The experience we had this time was not stressful at all. We enjoyed working with Brad. I was so happy to hear that we would only be working with Brad. We were both very relaxed and enjoyed the whole process. Everyone was so welcoming.

Experience was great, came to fond du lac to shuttle us back to our car since there were no loaners available. Gm warranty covered our repairs.

We recently purchased a GMC Sierra 1500 from Larry in Oshkosh. From the time we first met him, until the end of the process we felt we were given straight forward information, our questions answered, and felt assurred that everything being shared with us put us at ease with the entire process. The purchasing of a vehicle tends to provide a lot of anxiety, and with many events happening in our lives at that moment, he was able to work with our schedule, communicated very well, and most of all we did not feel the pressure that can sometimes come with the purchasing of a vehicle. Larry's knowledge/expertise was clear to us from the beginning and that with his kind personality helped make us feel confident in our final decision to lease our truck. Cindi, who assisted us with getting the Tonneau cover installed, was quick to get that installed and very helpful. Our recent experience was not at all what we have been used to. I received an E-mail reminding me of my appointment with an upcoming charge of $130.00 and no further details. We had been given this estimate and told that 3 were in stock when the appt was made and no further costs were mentioned. The invoice came to $390.00 and included a shipping charge. Very disappointed with the service in this experience.

Jesus was extremely knowledgeable. This was the most thorough walk-through I’ve ever had when buying a vehicle. He did a great job going through all the features and having knowledge on the vehicles that we’re looking at on the lot. I would go back and buy another vehicle from the dealership.

Everything went perfect

I brought my truck to the dealership because I have been getting "def quality poor-see owners manual" and "speed will be limited to 65 mph in 98 miles". The team at Bergstrom drove the truck and checked it, but were unable to find anything wrong. For this I paid over $200. I am not disappointed in the Bergstrom team, but in the truck for a system that has had multiple issues since purchase. Now when I drive I do not know when or where the def system will konk out on me- put me in limp mode. I am afraid to take the truck on long trips and this defeats the reason I purchased it in the first place.

Amazing! From the second I opened my car door, and the minute I closed my car door. I'm trying to think of the words to show my appreciation for excellent service. Started with the friendly face, talking to me as a friend, like I was invited to her home for a visit. As I waited for my car, I took advantage of their hospitality of fresh baked cookies (right from the oven in waiting room, seriously) and they tasted great with assortment of coffee choices, and or tea and soda assortment. I sat down enjoying my stay, when a friendly voice said my car was finished. (wow, already? I wanted to stay longer) The gentleman smiled as he explained everything to me. His friendly courtesy walked me to my freshly washed car. As I waved goodbye, I thought, with a smile, Bergstrom is outstanding!

Had a 8:00 appointment for an oil change and rotation. Drove out at 9:40 and didn’t even get a wash. I’ve never had a good experience with oil changes. They always take minimum 1 hour. How far behind can the department be when they opened at 7:00. You can be extremely thankful that you have Ron Tellock working there. He smoothed things out for me and made things right. This was my first free oil change on my 2025 Silverado.it’s easier to go to a quick lube and pay more but get out in a reasonable amount of time. I won’t but can see why people would. Here’s a honest review.

The dealership experience itself was fine. After going home and checking under the hood with my husband we noticed the air box screws we not fully screwed down and heads were stripped. I called the gentleman I had worked with that day Patrick to let him know what we had found. I sent him photos to explain what we were seeing. This morning Patrick texted to say he had talked to an advisor who was more knowledgeable about this and that the screws were already stripped when I arrived for my oil change. I was not told this at my appointment or I would have suggested the screws be replaced there and then. They should have never been left the way they were. I was not told about this issue and that is also a concern of mine.

Kyle was awesome as my service tech when I did my online order I ordered for Goodyear tires never heard anything until I dropped the truck off once I drop the truck off. They said the tires run available so I had to drive back in met with Kyle and we were able to find the tires under a different part number and get them installed.

I took my car in for an oil change, promptly was helped & order written. The man helping showed me to the waiting room & offered to get me a beverage. When my car was ready, TJ told me there was no charge as it was in my maintenance agreement. I questioned it as in May when my car was serviced the man waiting on me told me I didn't have a Maintenance agreement, even though I thought I did, so I paid $106. TJ checked and I do have one.

Went in for an oil change. Left with a non running vehicle a check engine light on. Was then told I needed a new battery after my battery “passed inspection “ and wanted to charge me $300 for battery and labor. I declined due to the price. Was told to leave my car running and not go far. Then went to batteries plus to buy a battery for 1/2 the price and couldn’t get it running again. My vehicle had to be towed back to Bergstrom. The inspection report is horribly false said my wipers are in the caution area when I had them replaced a week ago. My tires are supposedly all at the same tread when I have two newer ones on it. So now I have to wonder if I even got an oil change. My car obviously started for them to bring it out to me but didn’t start for me to leave. Something is very wrong here. Still waiting for my car to be fixed “if they can squeeze me in.

Had 2 visits to fix my starting issue. It cranks but intermittently stops cranking during the cranking starting process. I first stopped to get the issue diagnosed I was told my battery was bad and it was replaced. Then I was told that they think they discovered the problem. The mechanic broke the stud on the negative terminal. Looking at it, the surface where it broke looked rust or corroded. Then I was told the terminals were loose and they moved them around. The week previous I replaced the clamp adjustment slide part of the terminals on both posts. I tightened them down and they fasten down just fine. They were tight when I brought the car in. I was told that they needed to replace the battery cables and that would fix the issue. I consented to the repair thinking it would fix the issues as that’s what I was assured of. Besides the negative terminal was now broken. Upon heading to work today the starting issue returned. Starting my car to come home, the issue again was there in the cranking hesitation. So now I have paid you company 1,200 to fix my car and nothing has changed. How would you feel? I originally came here thinking I needed a new ignition switch as that seems the next logical step. I had previously replaced the starter, repaired the battery clamps. Replace the battery this past winter, and most recently cleaned up the ground connections. Which in my brain leaves the starter relay and the physical ignition switch. I did swap out the crank relay with the ignition relay and it gave me the same results. That’s why I came to you thinking it was a smith issue. I was told that the ignition switches, that due to being programmable, they need to be changed and programmed to the car. That’s something I can’t do but assumed the dealership could. That’s why I came to your dealership. My normal mechanic, Eric Felix, past away this past week and that’s why I came to your dealership.I assumed that the diagnostic fee would cover testing all the components in question, I was told that the battery failed the load test and that the alternator was fine. Do you test relays or ignition switches? I’m frustrated and $1,200 out on the Christmas fund we had saved.

Oil change, etc. was done very well. Also, appreciated being informed that my battery was near the end of its life - and had a new one installed. Car being washed was also great.

It was interesting. They said my car was done and ready and I paid the bill and everything was great until they took to "my car" which was NOT my car when I got in. So then they had to find my car and I now have no confidence that you guys know whats going on or if my car actually had the right thing done.They said they did but they also told me that it was my car.i have the video inspection of the other car and my car is next to it in the video. So I am very unsatisfied.

This buying experience started on December 8. I contacted dealership and was put in touch with Aaron Smith. He told me he had the exact car that I wanted. I was not able to come up there until Friday, December 19 as I live hour and a half away the car was held for me sent pictures of my car. He told me what the trade-in would be. I accepted that he knew I was coming up there December 19 when I arrived at 11:30, the car was not cleaned up. he said he’d be sending it back to service. He would get it washed. Make sure everything was clean and fill the tank with gas and put the rubber mats that I thought we were in the back in the car so he said the car was ready to go. He had Jonathan come out and go through the car with me. I said Jonathan the windows are dirty. The dash is dirty. The rubber mats are not there. So he sent Aaron out at this time. It was 2:30. I’ve been there three hours and I had people waiting for me in Appleton. So he said we could have it done in 15 minutes.to 20 I said forget it I’ll have my husband go through it. I have to go well when I’m halfway to Appleton. I realize it’s not filled with gas either. I don’t have an extra key fob and I wasn’t given the paperwork for the car. I called Aaron he said he would put all of that in the mail with a gas card. All of this is very irresponsible. It’s not like he was busy and quite honestly I don’t think your dealership was so busy at that time I have bought many many cars over the years and never have had. I had it experience like this. I let Aaron know this and the sarcasm that I got back from him and said call his manager no apologies no nothing told me he didn’t have to be talked to like this, I will happily send you our entire text conversation. I love the car and I knew I would. I looked at several closer to home but no one had a red one and could get me a red one anytime soon so I decided to travel to get what I want.
